Refuting the Heretics
Rom 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were
yet sinners, Christ died for us.
1John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and
the truth is not in us.
1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Mat 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will
I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

Introduction
to Bible Studies in Prophecy
Please [2 Tim 2:15] "Study to shew thyself approved unto God,
a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of
truth." and be like the Noble Bereans who [Acts 17:11] "...searched
the scriptures daily, whether those things were so."
Since this is a Bible Prophecy website, one really needs to start with
the Bible first, by reading it. One should not study commentary
on that which he or she has not yet read themselves. And after reading
the Bible, and before studying prophecy, one should then study how the
Bible tells you how to understand its message. Bible colleges would
suggest you study man-made principles of hermenutics first. Hermeneutics
is the "the study of the methodological principles of interpretation".
Instead, I have studied how the Bible tells me how to study it and understand
its message, rather than inventing my own principles. I have found
that people who have other views on prophecy neglect many important Bible
Study principles that the Bible teaches. People say, "The Bible is
easy to understand and that God wouldn't hide things from us". The
Bible says otherwise. (Prov 25:2) People say, "There can only be
one meaning in a given passage." The Bible says otherwise. (Galatians
4:24, Hosea 12:10)
Perhaps the most important Bible Prophecy principle of all: The
sabbath days & Jewish Festivals are a shadow & prophecy of things
to come!
[Col 2:16] Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or
in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
[Col 2:17] Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of
Christ.
A Bible Study
of the Marriage of the Bride of Christ (The Jewish Wedding)
To understand bible prophecy about the return of Jesus Christ,
we need to understand the Jewish Wedding as presented in scripture,
because Christ spoke of his return with many Wedding Analogies. Matt 22,
Matt 25, Rev. 19 & 21, Luke 12:36, "And ye yourselves like unto men
that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding..."
The Holy Bible says the Bride of Christ is the Church.
Eph 5:25 "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the
church... ",
2Cor 11:2 "...I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present
you as a chaste virgin to Christ.",
Rom 7:4...."ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised
from the dead..."
The Wedding Analogy shows the Pre Tribulaiton Rapture because the
union of the bride and groom (the rapture) takes place at the start
of the Bridal Week, which is a type of the Tribulation Week. The
word for bridal week as used in Genesis 29 & Judges 14 is the
same word in Daniel 9:27. The word "week", or shavuah in Hebrew,
simply means a seven, it means seven days or seven years. Further,
there are two Old Testament examples where a day from a prophetic type
turns into a year of judgment. Num 14:34 & Ezek 4:6.
Here are a few key examples of the significance of the Wedding Parallel.
The bride price is paid by the groom for the bride. Jesus paid for
us with his life. The virgin girl shows that she accepts the written covenant
agreement of the marriage by drinking a glass of wine, and this has become
the communion ritual that Jesus gave to the Church. The betrothed
bride would also have a ritual cleansing bath, and this is like baptism
of water and spirit, or the cleansing of the word in Eph 5.
The groom departs to build the bridal chamber where they will live together,
and Jesus said John 14:2 "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it
were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." John
14:3 "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive
you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."
When finished, the groom would return at a time unexpected "of that
day or hour no man knows" to fetch, or take away (rapture) his bride, like
a thief in the night, which is a type of the action of the rapture.
At the end of Judges 21, there is a mass bridal abduction. In Deut
22:25-29 and Exodus 22:15-17 we see that the penalty for taking a virgin
(through force or seduction) is a permanant marriage with no divorce provision.
This is like the "incorruptable immortality" as described in the rapture
passage in 1 Cor 15:51-54
Thus, the intimate union between man and wife in the bridal chamber
is a picture of being in heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ after the rapture.
At the end of this bridal week, the bride and groom emerge at the wedding
feast or marriage supper. Even the slaughter at the marriage supper,
or Armageddon, is pictured in Judges 14 as Samson kills 30 Philistines.
I urge all who read this to study more of these Wedding Parallels, which
teach about the pre tribulation rapture, and the type of relationship our
Lord Jesus Christ is seeking with us.

Essays on the Pre Tribulation
Rapture
These are persuasive, argumentative essays that support the pretribulation
rapture using the prophetic picture given by the Feasts of the Lord and
the Jewish Wedding which include bible quotes and bible verses from the
Holy Bible, often including quotes from Strong's Bible Concordance.
Pseudo-Ephraem's Pre Tribulation Rapture Statement
(c. 374-627) "All the saints and elect of God are gathered together before
the tribulation, which is to come, and are taken to the Lord, in order
that they may not see at any time the confusion which overwhelms the world
because of our sins."
Margaret McDonald's Vision (1861) as published
in The Restoration of Apostles and Prophets In the Catholic Apostolic Church.
Summary of reasons why Christians expect to see the rapture
happen on the
Feast of Trumpets / Rosh Hashanna 1. All the Spring Feasts were fulfilled at Christ's first coming,
and on the exact day of the feast. All the Fall Feasts picture the
second advent, and the Feast of Trumpets is the first of the fall feasts,
picturing the rapture.
2. The Feast of Trumpets is when the "last trump" of the rapture
of 1 Cor 15 is blown.
3. The Feast of Trumpets is known as the Wedding of the Messiah,
and the Church is the Bride of Christ, and the rapture is when the Church
is caught up to heaven to be wed with Christ.
4. The Feast of Trumpets happens on the "new moon", which is
29.5 days after the last one, meaning it might occur on the 29th or 30th
day, nobody knows for sure. "Of that day or hour no man knows" is
an expression referring to this feast, and thus, the rapture.
5. "Of that day or hour no man knows, but my Father only" is
an expression used by a groom when asked when his wedding will be.
He says this because it is his Father that will tell him when his preparations
on the bridal chamber are completed and it is time. Again, the wedding
pictures the rapture.
6. The "Open Door" of the rapture in Matt 25, and Rev 3, &
Rev 4:1 is a symbol of the Feast of Trumpets. [Ezek 46:1] "Thus says
the Lord GOD: The gate of the inner court that faces east shall be shut
on the six working days; but on the sabbath day it shall be opened and
on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.
7. We are directly told that this Feast of Trumpets new moon
festival is a shadow of Christ's return in Col 2:16,17, and thus, the rapture.
8. There are seven days of awe in between the Feast of Trumpets
and the Day of Atonement. These picture the seven years of tribulation.
Atonement pictures Satan being defeated and cast away at the end of tribulaion.
If you add the two day Trumpets feast, and the day of atonement, the 7
days of awe are "ten days of tribulation" as in Rev. 2:10.
9. In the Jewish Wedding, a marriage takes place over a period
of time known as the "bridal week". During the bridal week, the groom
and bride have sex in the bridal chamber. At the end of the week,
there is a marriage supper. Compare Judges 14, Rev. 19, and Gen.
Genesis 29:22-28 This bridal week will be the tribulation week on
earth, while the bride of Christ is in heaven.
10. In the Jewish Wedding, the groom comes for his bride "like a thief
in the night" to take (size / rapture) her away and into the bridal chamber
for the bridal week at his father's house.
11. The Feast of Trumpets is also known as the coronation of
the Messiah, when he will start reigning as king, thus the beginning of
the "Day of the Lord", which includes the tribulation.
12. It is also time for the bema judgment, or the judgement of
the works of the righteous, and judgement must begin at the house of the
Lord.
[2Cor 11:2] For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have
espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin
to Christ.
Rapture parallels with the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh HaShana)
Jesus may have been born on the Feast of Trumpets (Sept 11, 3 BC.), which
tradition would suggest (the World, Noah, Jacob and Abraham were born at
Trumpets and it was coronation day for kings, 1 Kings 1:34,2 Kings 9:13,11:11)
Feast
of Trumpets "At the instant that the Jewish workers heard the trumpet
sound, all would immediately stop harvesting, even if they were not finished
(think about that!) and go to the Temple for worship!
In those days, as it is sometimes today, a Jew & an Arab might
be working side by side in the fields - but when the trumpet sounded on
this particular day, the Jew would stop and go to worship, while the Arab
kept on harvesting.
Jesus used this same analogy in Matt. 24:36-44 of the 2nd Coming."
The Greatest Commandments! [Mat 22:37] Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with
all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. [Mat 22:38]
This is the first and great commandment. [Mat 22:39] And the second is
like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. [Mat 22:40] On
these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
[Mark 12:30] And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength:
this is the first commandment.[Mark 12:31] And the second is like, namely
this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment
greater than these.
[Luke 10:27] And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God
with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and
with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
Other Websites not on the topic of the rapture, but worthy of a
link:
[Prov 17:27] He that hath knowledge spareth his words: and a man of
understanding is of an excellent spirit.
[Prov 1:6] To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words
of the wise, and their dark sayings.
[Prov 1:7] The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but
fools despise wisdom and instruction.
[Mat 22:29] Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing
the scriptures, nor the power of God.
If a person or the Holy Spirit shows me something, I go straight to
the Book and open an online Bible to research it. I believe modern
day Bible search tools and online bible concordances are the continuing
fulfillment of the prophecy:
[Daniel 12:4] But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book,
even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall
be increased.
Gold & Money My essays on Gold as money. A key moral issue for our day.
Gold: I think its market-manipulated low price must continue to decline
as long as the current world monetary system is in place. As the
price of gold will and must move dramatically upwards, it will signal the
end of our current money system.. In a fiat system collapse, gold will
remain as the only real money. People who hold wealth in an unjust
form, such as dollars or any faith-based currency are putting their faith
in the systems of fraud, coersion, unjust weights and measures, all of
which are necessary for things like "dollars", and all of which are an
abomination to the Lord as much as homosexuality! I think it is likely
that the AntiChrist will use gold as the basis for his 666 mark of the
beast system. Thus, during the era of chaos that the AntiChrist steps into,
gold might be used for commerce. Gold is the Biblically approved
form of money, but, in and of itself, will not provide an escape the 666
system that will swiftly move into place to trap all men during the Great
Tribulation. The dollar, and all fiat currencies are an abomination of
accurate weights and measures, and embody dishonesty and fraud at their
core. Gold, is, indeed, a corruptable thing when men corrupt its proper
use through leasing, usury, and fiat paper money systems.
The last piece of advice the Lord Jesus Christ gave to the lukewarm
Loadician Church before the rapture was:
[Rev 3:18] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that
thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed,
and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes
with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
I agree that there is a profund spiritural truth there; to seek the
Holy Spirit and the Blood of Christ above all things, but I can't help
but realize the literal truth to the statement as well.
Creation vs. Evolution This is THE Biggest Deception. [2Pet 3:3] Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days
scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
[2Pet 3:4] And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since
the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning
of the creation.
[2Pet 3:5] For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word
of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water
and in the water:
[2Pet 3:6] Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water,
perished:
One of my favorite verses:
1 Cor 2:9 But as it is written,
Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard,
neither have entered into the heart of man,
the things which God hath prepared
for them that love him.
